All quoted rates are in Euro per room, per day including breakfast and all taxes. Reduction for 3rd person -50% on the per person rate in double (except Superior Suites - above rate up to 4 persons). Cancellation and Deposit policy: * In order to guarantee the booking a deposit of 50%, via credit card or wire bank transfer, is required 14 days prior to guest’s arrival in Low and Middle season and 21 days in High and Peak season. The rest 50% should be paid 7 days prior to guest’s arrival. * In case of cancellation 14 days prior to arrival in Low and Middle season and 21 days prior in High and Peak season no fee will be charged. * In case of cancellation within 14 days in Low and Middle season or within 21 days in High and Peak season, 50% of the cost of the reservation is required as cancellation fees. Non show or early departure 100% of the reservation will be charged.
